Kay L. Dawson

Ms. Dawson has experience representing clients in federal and state courts. Her cases have included corporate disputes, class actions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud matters, as well as complex family law disputes. Ms. Dawson also has significant experience defending attorneys and law firms in legal malpractice disputes.
